ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Personality Academics
Liam can truly be described as an inquisitive little guy who is always on the lookout for new things to learn and do! To help satisfy that need for more things to do, he’s currently VERY interested in learning how to play the piano and is quickly picking up Dutch nursery rhymes from his foster parents. Liam is currently attending a regular classroom and is doing quite well there. He can do math problems in his head with ease and enjoys telling his peers stories! Liam does need some support around focus at school, but his teachers have some tools in place to assist with that!
Special Considerations Matching Considerations

Liam has had a number of changes in his life and needs support as well as patience from the adults around him as he builds trust. He also needs to know what is coming next, so structure and routine are important to him! At this time, Liam needs some support around reading. He receives some at school, but the majority of the support comes from his foster parents reading with him and encouraging him to read to them!

Liam would do best in a two-parent family where at least one parent matches his West Indian/Black heritage. A family that also practices his Christian faith would also be preferred. Liam would do best as the youngest child in the home.
Openness Questions?
Liam has two siblings that have already been adopted. Openness between the siblings is expected after Liam has been adopted and the tentative plan is for three face-to-face visits a year. Please see Liam's profile on the AdoptOntario Waiting Children list with the case ID 14753.
